Children’s Academy is an integrated, multidisciplinary kindergarten through 12th grade nonprofit school.
We exist to educate children with speech and language challenges and learning differences in an expansive social environment, through a collaborative evidence-based model recognizing the individuality of each child. We strive to develop a love of learning, friendships, expression, understanding and self- advocacy.
We strongly believe in the academic & communicative potential of all children and strive to ensure that our students realize their full capabilities.

Introducing The CA Voice
Children’s Academy is made up of a team of highly skilled professionals, and as a speech and language school, the speech department plays a vital role. We are a department of 12 extremely passionate and talented SLPs, and it is our hope that through this newsletter, we can showcase what we do on a daily basis. In each issue, we hope to spotlight members of our department, as well as our students — both of whom are doing amazing work every day. Additionally, we plan to shed light on a hot topic in our field and provide tips for families to help support their child’s speech and language skills at home. CA Family Valentine’s Day Party
The CA Family Valentine’s Day Party on 2/11 is shaping up to be quite the shindig!! We already have over 40 people who’ve RSVP’ed!! I CAN FEEL THE LOVE ALREADY! To help organize the potluck, here is a Food/Drink Spreadsheet. Please feel free to take a look and directly add what you would like to bring!
